We offer educational sessions and organisational support to help families have clearer conversations about everyday arrangements — things like household paperwork, document filing, and understanding common processes. We do not give legal, financial, or medical advice; we help people prepare their own thinking and know where to go for formal support.

Any family navigating a period of change or wanting to get more organised. This includes expat families living in Phuket, Thai families who want everyday clarity, and multi-generational households beginning sensitive conversations. Sessions are in English.

A Gentle Conversation Guide Session usually runs around 90 minutes. The Family Information Workshop series spans three to four short gatherings of roughly two hours each. The Household Harmony & Records Package is completed across two or three working sessions, often over the course of two weeks.

Yes — in fact, it is often helpful when more than one person attends. The Family Information Workshops and the Household Harmony & Records Package are both designed with groups in mind, so a couple, siblings, or a parent and adult children can all take part together.

Families leave with printed materials they can refer back to. If a follow-up clarification is needed, we are happy to respond to brief questions by email. For anything that requires professional advice, we will point you to the right official channel.
