1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Havenmere website and the educational and organisational support services we offer. By accessing this website or booking a Havenmere programme, you agree to these terms.

Havenmere operates from 57 Thanon Phang Nga, Talat Yai, Mueang, Phuket 83000, Thailand. Our services are educational and communicative in nature. We are not a legal firm, financial advisory, or professional services practice of any regulated kind.

2. Nature of Our Services

Havenmere provides family information and communication support services. These include facilitated conversation sessions, small-group educational workshops, and document organisation packages. All services are educational and organisational only.

We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, psychological counselling, or any other regulated professional service. Nothing communicated during a Havenmere session constitutes advice of any professional kind.

Where a matter requires input from a solicitor, accountant, financial planner, or other qualified professional, we will say so clearly. Our signposting to official and professional resources is provided as a convenience only; Havenmere is not responsible for the conduct or quality of any third-party professional.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed once we have received your enquiry, discussed your needs, and agreed a date and programme. A booking confirmation will be sent to your email address.

Pricing

• Gentle Conversation Guide Session — ฿4,050 per session
• Family Information Workshops — ฿15,200 for the full series
• Household Harmony & Records Package — ฿32,600 complete

All prices include printed materials. Prices are stated in Thai Baht and are correct at the date of booking. Havenmere reserves the right to update pricing with reasonable notice.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We do not store payment card details on our systems.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that family circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us as early as possible.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled without charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled session may incur a partial fee; we will discuss this with you directly and take your circumstances into account.
• If Havenmere needs to cancel a session, we will offer a full reschedule at no additional charge.

5. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use it in any way that could cause harm, interfere with its operation, or mislead others about its content.

All content on this website — including text, layout, and printed guide design — is the property of Havenmere. You may not reproduce, adapt, or distribute it without written permission.

While we aim to keep information on this site current and accurate, we make no representation that the content is complete or free of error. Information on this site does not constitute professional advice of any kind.

6. Confidentiality

Havenmere treats everything shared during sessions with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose session content to third parties without your consent, except where required by applicable Thai law.

Printed materials prepared for your family are produced securely. Digital records relating to your sessions are stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Havenmere provides educational and organisational support only. We are not liable for any decisions made by individuals or families as a result of information shared during sessions, nor for outcomes resulting from their engagement — or failure to engage — with formal professional services.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Havenmere's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services or this website is limited to the amount paid for the specific session or programme to which the claim relates.

We do not accept liability for loss or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to technology failures, natural events, or public health emergencies.

Our sessions and printed materials may reference or signpost to official Thai government resources, professional bodies, or other third-party services. These references are provided as educational pointers only. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms or from Havenmere's services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
